We are Hot Grillz Handheld and More, a new American restaurant in Miami Gardens. We are Black-owned and women-owned, and we built this kitchen around one idea: nothing leaves the line until it is cooked to order and served fresh. No pre-made trays sitting under a light. Every plate starts when you order it.

Our menu covers the food people actually come back for. We cook fall-off-the-bone ribs, fry crisp catfish and other seafood, and grill burgers and subs that hold together. We open the day with a full breakfast, and we lean into soul food classics like fried chicken and the sides that go with it. When you want something sweet, we bake cakes and pies in-house.

Flavor is the part we take seriously. We make our own sauces, dressings, and marinades so the taste is ours and not out of a bottle. We use locally sourced ingredients where we can, which keeps things fresher and keeps our money close to home. It is simple cooking done with care, and you can taste the difference in every bite.

We make it easy to eat with us. Come by for takeout or pickup, or let us deliver. For bigger occasions, we handle catering, party trays, and family meals, along with corporate and office orders when your team needs to be fed.
